I ended my trip in japan with a 10hr workshop....whoah. It was great fun. Most of the students have been taking my class over the past 3 years. It was great to see them as they came from all over...mostly outside of Tokyo. We kept the class small so we could go very deep. The course ran over Saturday and Sunday 5 hours each day in Shinjuku. After class I went out to dinner with the Yoga Generation Team, from left to right Ryu, Santoshima, Lily, Hiro, Me and Jessica. The place was amazing not totally vegan but mostly and I ate sooooo much I was still stuffed in the morning. The next day I had to get up and catch an 8am flight from Tokyo to Seoul....
